I have seen some different article and announcements come across my RSS reader the last couple weeks about Google’s open social platform. I stumbled across this video from Google tonight that explains their vision of how it is meant to work. This is a great opportunity for marketers as more and more users join and center their life around social networks. Open Social now creates a platform allowing us to connect with multiple social networks using their Open Social platform, without worrying about each sites APIs.

The video is a little long, but a product development point of view, a valuable insight as to what is developing in the integration of social networks.
