Getting Free Traffic To Your Blog Using Blog Carnivals

Jan 10th, 2008 | By Kevin | Category: How To, Training Videos, You Tube, blogging, make money, traffic

One of the traffic tactics that was mentioned in The Nitro Blueprint was using Blog Carnivals. While doing a little more research this evening on how to bring more traffic to my blog, I came across this video on YouTube.com from Terry Dean. Terry shows us the process he uses each week to submit his best post of the week to a blog carnival getting him 10 to 20 inbound links from other blogs each week.

This is one of the new traffic tactics I will be implementing here on KevinHDavis.com next week. If you’re looking to increase you’re blog traffic too, you might want to check out the video below.

  1. I’ve submitted loads of posts to carnivals but I must say I’ve very rarely picked up any additional backlinks – apart from the carnival host of course! It seems to me most of these are low traffic sites whose only readers are those who’ve submitted articles to the carnival.

I’m not knocking it, mind you – they’re still good links to have.
