Over a year ago now, I registered the domain SamuraiMarketingAcademy.com.  My vision for that site was to create a training/certification program for ethical marketing practices.  The idea was the Samurai lived their life by a code of ethics, and refined their skills through constant training and discipline much like what we should be following.

The early days of the Adsense Gold Rush, brought out a lot more of the wild west approach to marketing allowing us to shoot from the hip and not worry about precision execution or the quality delivered.  Those days are now dimishing, and if you study the most successful marketers these days, they are true students of Kaizen.  If you ever get a chance, you should visit one of their offices and see how much tehy actually invest each year in training, constantly trying to improve their art.

I am coming up on a trip in June to Las Vegas, and looking forward to an extended time with my business partner Rick Dearr to mastermind our upcoming projects.  This will be a good time to sit down and write the new treatise on “The Way Of The Marketer”.

In the meantime, there are two affordable launches that came out this week, and a few not so affordable.

The first one is Affiliate Evolution from Russell Brunson.  When I was talking about visiting a millionaire marketer’s office to see what they invest in, one of them I was talking about was Russell.  Russell buys everything!  Russell has released what is hands down, the most value for your money with Affiliate Evolution.  Part of it is based on a session in a seminar I attended in Annaheim that gives you the step by step to start making money with 24 hours as an affiliate.  That is just the start, there is a lot more there as well.

The second product launched this week is also related to affiliate marketing, which is a great place too start out, since you don’t have to create a product yourself. 

The product is Eric Rockefeller’s The Affiliate Conspiracy.  Eric is one of the affiliate marketers that has quickly rocketed to the top and now dominates any niche he gets into.  I have been testing some new Adwords techniques the last week and I am now looking forward to applying some of Eric secrets to improve my results even more.
