I added a new page to the blog today, to share some of the details about the loans I have or had on Kiva.com. If you haven’t heard about Kiva yet, they are a Micro-loan non-profit creating loans for entrepreneurs around the world. It is really amazing the impact $25 from several people can have on the lives of others thousands of miles away.

I am currently up to 18 loans on Kiva. I believe 8 of them have already completed. Two have just funded in the last week, and I just had another one complete this week so I have another $25 in my account to recycle to another entrepreneur this week. My original goal was to work toward helping 1000 people through loans on Kiva.

Look for the link towards the top of the page to check out my Kiva loans. I added three of them to get started and will be adding more later this week.

I also added a couple new links on my blogroll today. Both are related to weight loss, but they are blogs about the weight loss journey of my two favorite marketers; Robby LeBlanc and Tiffany Dow. If you have time, take some time and visit their blogs and show your support as well. Both are trying to lose over 100 pounds!

Lucky for me I have the metabolism of a hummingbird but Laura keeps telling me it is slowing down as I get older. I am also fortunate to have my Mother’s genes. My Father was overweight my whole life. I remember stories from him that he always had to clean the plates of his siblings at dinner time.

A couple of unrelated items, but that’s what is new in my world tonight.
