A Key Piece Of Software I Use To Simplify My Life

Back in the good old days we had hundreds of sites, all with the same passwords, because there was no way to keep them all straight. Well, after being hacked twice, we have put a stop to that. While we don’t have as many sites as we used to, we still have many, along with other websites outside of our network we use on a daily basis.
The software that has simplified our life the most is called RoboForm. If you talk to any major marketer out there, they will most likely have a copy themselves. I avoided it for a couple years, writing down passwords on a piece of paper I carried everywhere with me in my back pocket until finally I gave in and bought the portable version.
Now I have all my passwords on a flash drive. I simply insert the flash drive on any computer, and all of my passwords are available at the click of the mouse. They are stored securely encrypted on the drive, and all of the software you need is loaded on demand when you plugin the flash drive.
It couldn’t be any easier!
As you’re surfing the net, logging into different accounts, roboform pops up and asks if you want to remember the login details.
You can also automatically fill in forms with your details making checkouts even easier.
The last important feature to me is the ability to generate secure passwords instead of trying to come up with something on my own. You simply click the generate button to generate a new password, and then fill to automatically fill in the generated password on the webpage.
If you are promoting your site through web 2.0 this really simplifies all of the logins you have to a click of the mouse.
You can even try it out for free, simply click on the picture above to get your copy!

I actually love the RoboForm software myself. I use it all of the time and it takes all of the menial everyday tasks that I have to perform on my computer daily and shortens them extremely! What once took me fifteen minutes to complete now takes me only one second because RoboForm does the same task with just one click. In fact I wrote a Report about a lot of RoboForm’s capabilities for use that aren’t even touched on in the User’s Manual for RoboForm. You can get that Report here:

There is also a FREE version of RoboForm that you can download on this web page, just to test the RoboForm software out for yourself! I highly recommend it!
