Jeff Johnson Tells All About Internet Marketing – Part 13

Feb 15th, 2009 | By Kevin | Category: Training Videos

In this video, Jeff talks about how he links back to his blog in YouTube.com descriptions.  I have a video on youtube that walks you through that as well.  You do need have the right type of account in YouTube for it to be an active link within the description.

The link will be an active link, but it will not count for SEO since it redirects through YouTube.com.

He also talks about setting up your YouTube profile page, and figuring out what prizes to giveaway on website promotions.  He describes some of the copy he is using to lead the video viewers to go from YouTube to his website.

  2. Okay… I watched the video. And it was okay. But I could’ve gathered the same info in 1/5 the time if the info was in text instead of vid.

It’s interesting. Everyone in IM talks about being efficient and making the most of one’s time. But right now, they’re all doing slow-talking, inefficient video.

Yeah, some people love it. I know. Just not me, apparently.

  3. Sometimes internet marketer thinks that visitors get attracted to the web and the products just because the webmaster is qualified enough to draw people, but that is not the thing. Visitors only get attracted to the products that will benefit them in any way.
