Remember the more articles you write the more traffic you get to your blog. Here are several things on article marketing.
Articles for Distribution Write 20 articles per week for distribution. You need to write about 500 words to 1500 words articles which are ?how to? style articles and publish them on EzineArticles.com, GoArticle.com, and other article distribution directories.
For you articles to be effective you need to optimize them with the keywords from your niche. Find 100 keywords with low competition on the web and optimize them in your articles. Your article keyword density must be at least 2% – 4% to get the search engines excited.
Blog and ping still works After publishing your article write a similar one for you wordpress blog. This article must be shorter and more precise. Or you could break up the article into a series of post. Remember to change the wording as the search engines will take it as duplicated content and panelize you for it.
After writing the article, publish it on your blog and ping it with pingoat.com. Tag and ping still works however instead of doing it after every post, you now do it after every week. This is to avoid the ping service banning your blog for spam. By pinging every week instead of daily will ensure you to drive in some extra traffic to your blog.
Social Bookmarking traffic. Social bookmarking is becoming a new trend for driving traffic to your blog. You can either get social bookmarking software to automatically bookmark your post to all of the social bookmarking sites after you publish them or you could do it manually.
You can bookmark your articles which you published for distribution. The more exposure they get the more likeness they will be picked up to be used in newsletters or other websites.
It?s all about the quality of the content. In this age of information, it?s not about the quantity of your article but the quality of the articles. Remember if you publish content that is not available anywhere else on the web, the chances of you getting more traffic is high. So make sure your articles are of the highest quality you can get them to.
